Message	get it looking as good as new. You may have to assert yourself (with some legal assistance) to get it done, but it's doable. Take it a step at a time and don't expect the worst, you way be pleasantly surprised, Sorry that happened. I' m not as meticulous with my Z as you are, but that would have ruined my day.
